Stiletto Piercing Supply is revolutionizing the piercing industry with new, disposable products. Our mission is to move the industry into the disposable market, much like the tattoo industry has already done. Many tattoo studios would like to pierce again, but the tattoo industry moved into the disposable realm over 13 years ago. Our products–and the many we plan to produce–will allow you to pierce without a sterilization room. Piercers who work at conventions will especially love our products, but studies have shown that using disposable tools saves time and money regardless of venue. As of 2024, Stiletto also produces an industry-first: Pre-sterilized, high-quality jewelry. We carry all basic jewelry as well as many gold Pressfit options. 90% of our jewelry will be Ti6Al4V ELI, which is ASTM F-136 compliant. Our fixed bead rings will be the only jewelry that is ASTM F-138 compliant so the jewelry can bend much easier than Ti rings. Stiletto also plans on having a worldwide distribution of our jewelry as well.<\/p>\n

We understand that many parts of the world don\u2019t have access to autoclaves or other professional sterilization methods, but this doesn\u2019t mean they shouldn\u2019t have high-quality jewelry.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Stiletto Has A<\/span> Class 7<\/span> Cleanroom<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

In order for a cleanroom to meet the class 7 specification, it must meet specific requirements. The ISO 7 <\/b> is a common clean cleanroom classification. A cleanroom must have less than 352,000 particles >0.5 micron per cubic meter and 60HEPA filtered air changes per hour. The equivalent FED standard is class 10.000 or 10,000 particles per cubic foot. Common applications are pharmacy USP800 compounding rooms, electronics manufacturing, and medical device manufacturing.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to meet these standards, each individual entering the clean room must don shoe covers, hairnets, caps, gloves, facemask, and lab coat. Each worker has to walk through a special \u201cair shower\u201d which removes all particles from the person. A sophisticated air filtration system constantly monitors the complete room constantly cleaning the air to maintain the low particulates in the air.
