All our needles come pre-sterilized.

Stiletto has the largest selection of high quality needles of any supplier in the industry. Our regular needles are SUPER sharp and have been described as “Game Changers” by many of our piercers. We have been testing levels and points for 2 + years to perfect the “drag free” needle.
Specialty Needles

The Press Fit needle end fits all threadless barbells and circular barbells.
The Standard Pin needle end fits all threaded barbells and circular barbells.
The Threaded Pin needle screws onto barbells and circular barbells allowing a “never lose” transfer.
The Hook Needle has a unique hook design to ensure you can achieve precise and accurate piercings every time.
The Curved Needle ensures there is no need to bend your own needles or sterilize them; just use our presterilized curved coated needles.

These needles are available in a range of 10 varying sizes:
8g, 10g, 12g, 14g, 15g, 16, 17g, 18g, 19g
3″ needles are also available in 14g, 16g, and 18g, and the 8G Regular needles are 3″ size only.
