The Answer for Labrets

This tool is designed to hold flatback or ball (labret) posts in a silicone tip to aid in the insertion after the piercer is done with the needle. Specially designed to avoid scratching gold and any other metals, the Post Tool is small enough to be placed directly on the skin to allow the piercer to easily insert posts without fingers getting in the way.
